Former Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore arrived at his latest court appearance on Friday with his wife Kelli by his side, presenting a united front as he faces felony home invasion, stalking, and illegal entry charges.

According to the Daily Mail, “The couple put on a united front after being seen for the first time since the scandal broke, with Moore making threats to kill himself after his firing.”

After a two-hour meeting with his lawyer, Moore pushed a stroller with a pink blanket belonging to one of their three young children, including a daughter born in 2025 while Kelli walked a few steps behind him.

Moore’s world crumbled in December when he was fired by the University of Michigan over an alleged “inappropriate relationship” with staff member Paige Shiver.

The situation could have led to divorce. Instead, Kelli has remained steadfast. She held his hand during a probable cause hearing in January, and she was there again Friday, facing the cameras and the scrutiny.

Moore’s legal team is fighting to have the charges dismissed, arguing that police omitted critical information when securing the arrest warrant. Judge J. Cedric Simpson .

“Defendant’s due process may have been violated,” Simpson said. “What worries me is the magistrate did not get that opportunity [to hear more information]. “

Paige Shiver, the woman at the center of the scandal, has also lost her job at Michigan after her contract was not renewed.

Kelli Moore has chosen to stand by her husband through affair allegations, criminal charges, and public humiliation.
