What was supposed to be a celebratory Opening Day in Detroit quickly turned chaotic as multiple fights involving Tigers fans broke out including a wild, hair-pulling brawl that spilled into the street.
The Detroit Tigers opened their season at Comerica Park against the St. Louis Cardinals, giving fans plenty of reason to celebrate. But before long, of the day turned into a scene straight out of a viral fight compilation.

A nearly two-minute video first captured fans inside or near the stadium clashing with a group of men in suits. Punches were thrown, security struggled to intervene, and the crowd swarmed around the chaos.

Shortly after that footage surfaced, another shocking clip began circulating this one showing a group of women fighting in the middle of the street. The scene quickly went viral because of how vicious it became.

In the street brawl, several women can be seen grabbing hair, swinging wildly, and pulling each other down onto the concrete. Others tried to jump in to help their friends,a chaotic pile of people rolling across the street.

The scuffle was so intense that one woman briefly lost her top during the fight. While she quickly fixed her clothing with help from a nearby man, she returned to the , still furious and still throwing punches.

As the fighting continued, police sirens could be heard in the background but none of the women seemed concerned enough to stop.

Just when it looked like the chaos had ended, video captured the same group fighting again inside an SUV stopped in front of a stunned driver. The day’s dysfunction ended with one bus as crowds laughed and filmed.

Despite all the drama outside the stadium, the Tigers actually kicked off their season with a 4–0 win over the Cardinals. As of now, it’s unclear whether anyone involved in the brawl was arrested or cited.
