Anthony Davis’ last two seasons have been nothing short of chaotic. Two trades, constant injuries, and nonstop pressure have defined his journey from Los Angeles to Dallas and now to Washington.
Appearing on The Draymond Green Show, Davis surprised many when he defended the former Mavericks GM, saying the team never had a fair shot to prove what it could have been.
“I think Nico’s vision was on point,” Davis said. “We just didn’t have the opportunity to show it.”According to Davis, the roster Dallas built around him was full of talenton paper. But the injuries piled up immediately.

“I was shocked,” Davis admitted. “He made a business decision he thought would help the team. We never had the chance to put it all together.”
