Draymond Green and Devin Booker were both ejected in dramatic fashion after a heated late-game exchange during the Phoenix Suns’ 111–96 win over the Golden State Warriors, fiery ending to an already tense matchup.
With just over a minute remaining and the result all but decided, tensions that had been simmering throughout the game finally boiled over.

The situation escalated after Green delivered a hard foul on Booker, a play that was reviewed but ultimately not upgraded to a flagrant. Still, the physicality of the seemed to spark deeper between the two All-Stars.

Following the foul, Green and Booker continued exchanging words during a dead ball. What started as typical on-court trash talk quickly intensified, forcing referee Scott Foster to step in.
Both players were initially assessed double technical fouls, but when neither backed down, the officials had seen enough. Moments later, both Green and Booker were ejected in to prevent the situation from escalating further.

Green’s frustration was understandable given the circumstances. He had already fouled out shortly before the incident and was enduring a difficult night overall, finishing with just five points, six assists, and a minus-13 rating.

Booker, on the other hand, played a steady and composed game despite the late altercation, contributing 20 points and eight assists to help secure the win.

While the ejections came late and did not impact the outcome, they perfectly captured the intensity and emotion of a high-stakes game, especially for a Warriors team whose season came to a frustrating end.
