Tempers flared late in the Golden State Warriors’ season-ending loss to the Phoenix Suns, as Draymond Green and Devin Booker were both ejected following a heated exchange in the final moments of the game.

With just over a minute remaining and the Suns comfortably ahead 111-96, emotions boiled over between the two All-Stars during a dead-ball situation.

The tension had been building even before the incident. Shortly prior to the ejections, Green committed a hard foul on Booker that required a review but was ultimately not upgraded to a flagrant.

Already frustrated after fouling out moments earlier, Green continued to engage in verbal back-and-forth with Booker, drawing the attention of officials.

Referee Scott Foster initially issued double technical fouls in an attempt to defuse the situation. However, when neither player backed down and the exchange escalated further, both Green and Booker.

As he made his way off the court, Green appeared to embrace the hostile atmosphere, gesturing toward the crowd and encouraging louder reactions from Suns fans.

On the other side, Booker remained composed throughout most of the game and delivered a solid performance, recording 20 points and eight assists to help secure the victory.

The win clinched the No. 8 seed for the Suns, setting up a first-round matchup with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Meanwhile, the loss marked a disappointing end to a turbulent season for Golden State.
