He even claimed teams were hesitant to take him without additional incentives, a shocking statement considering Morant’s undeniable talent.
Perkins went a step further, delivering a harsh warning about the future. According to him, if Morant fails to get things back on track, he risks becoming one of the biggest disappointments in recent NBA history.
He also pointed out the constant influx of young talent entering the league, suggesting teams are becoming less tolerant of inconsistency and off-court issues.
